Enjoy lunch, provided by Magill’s Famous Pizza and Buffet, with historical, political and iconic figures in American history. Macy’s East will provide you with the latest fashion tips.
The newly refurbished Ford’s Theatre is your next stop. The site of the April 14, 1865, assassination of President Lincoln, Ford’s Theatre has fascinated millions of visitors since its reopening in 1968. Then take a short walk to the Smithsonian’s National Portrait Gallery and Smithsonian American Art Museum. Visit the nation's first art collection, and meet fascinating individuals from American history, sports, and culture from pre-colonial times through today.
