Associate can register for Marketplace in a variety of ways depending on their business needs.

Do you want to sell your product/service as an exhibitor? Then you would want to register as a Associate and select which type of exhibit booth you would like.

Do you want to sell your product/service to Tour and Bus Operators through prescheduled appointments and have access to the Business Floor? Then you want to register as a Seller.

Do you want to exhibit AND have prescheduled business appointments with operators? Then you would want to register your company as an Associate AND Seller.

Associate Delegates

Associate members who want to be able to sell their products/services to operator and/or travel industry members on the Networking Floor.  Associates can choose to have an exhibit for the entire Marketplace week, one-day at the Product Pavilion, or have no exhibit space.

Representative:  Networking Floor/Coach Exhibit staff

Product Pavilion Exhibitor:  Delegate for Product Pavilion on Saturday, Jan. 16 only.

Attendee:

  • Member Day Pass*: Members can register their executive staff to attend Marketplace for up to 2 days. Day Passes are not available to sales or marketing staff unless working a host city sponsor booth. 
  • Non Member Day Pass*: Non-ABA members can attend Marketplace for up to 2 days to learn about the value of ABA membership and Marketplace.

*This pass is good only for the day(s) assigned. The bearer must pick up the badge at registration on the morning of activation. The bearer is responsible for following all rules and regulations of Marketplace. The bearer will not have access to the Business Floor.

Guest: Guests have the same privileges as other Seller delegates (except for access to the Marketplace Business Floor). Guests attend Marketplace for the social and meal functions. Guests may not be employed by ABA member companies. No single event tickets are available.

  • Networking Floor Exhibit/Coach Exhibit Reprsentative: $795

Product Pavilion Exhibitor

  • Primary Product Pavilion Exhibitor: Included in Booth Fee
  • Additional Product Pavilion Exhibitor: $100

Attendee

  • Member Day Pass: $200 per day/2 day max.
  • Non Member Day Pass: $300 per day/2 day max. ($100 will be refunded if join ABA by June 30, 2010)

Guest

  • Seller Guest Registration: $600

Exhibit Types

Networking Floor Exhibit: 10X10 Exhibit; does not include delegate registration or furnishing.  All Marketplace week (Jan. 15-19).

Coach Exhibit: Does not include delegate registration.  Coaches on display must be ABA members & must be manned during show hours.  All Marketplace week (Jan. 15-19).

Product Pavilion Exhibit: 10x10 space, 8’ table, 2 chairs, carpet, drape, one exhibitor pass for Saturday, Jan. 16 only.

Exhibit Fees

Networking Floor Exhibit: $2000

Coach Exhibit: $3000

Product Pavilion Exhibit:

  • Early Bird Registration (until July 14): $400
  • Regular Registration (starting July 15): $600

Seller Delegates

Appointment-taking Delegate: Appointment-taking delegates make appointment requests, receive prescheduled appointments and conduct appointments at Marketplace during their business session.

ABA members are eligible to have at least one appointment-taking delegate if registered before the session fills. Organizations attending for the first time and organizations that did not attend Marketplace in 2009 are eligible for only one appointment-taking seller delegate. ABA member organizations may register additional delegates as outlined below:

  • Organizations that had thirty-two (32) or more prescheduled buyer requests (not appointments) in 2009 will qualify for a second appointment-taking delegate if that delegate is registered before the session fills.
  • A third appointment-taking delegate will qualify if the organization had sixty-four (64) or more prescheduled buyer requests in 2009 and if that delegate is registered before the session fills.

NEW IN 2010! Appointment-taking attraction and lodging seller delegates will be assigned to the same business sessions. Sellers in these sessions will be prescheduled in one of the following, but will have access to the Business Floor all day Monday and Tuesday.

  • Appointment session: Monday AM/Tuesday PM*
  • Appointment session: Monday PM/Tuesday AM*

*The attraction appointment sessions will be automatically assigned by the system to maintain equal number of appointment-takers in each time slot as well as an equal number attraction and lodging delegates in each session.

Observer: A registered Seller who is not taking appointments. Observer delegates may participate in all Marketplace activities, seminars and events. Observers have access to the Marketplace Business Floor area only on their company's appointment-taker's assigned session day to meet with any available operators and/or attend appointments with their company's appointment-taking delegate. Observers are not eligible for prescheduled or manually scheduled appointments.
