Robert M. Burke
Bob is a senior shareholder at the Chicago, Illinois ALFA International member law firm of Johnson & Bell, Ltd. He is a graduate of the University of Illinois College of Law. Mr. Burke handles a variety of defense-related matters in the areas of products liability, transportation, trucking and railroad litigation, general negligence, premises liability, retail liability, defense of municipal corporations, and employment law. In addition, he is chairman of the firm’s Trucking and Transportation Practice Group. Mr. Burke has successfully tried product liability, motor vehicle liability, premises liability, and roadway design cases, and has successfully argued appeals before the Illinois and Indiana Appellate and Supreme courts.

John Dunham
John Dunham, CFO, is an economist and financial researcher and strategist. Founder and president of John Dunham and Associates, an economic consulting firm based in New York City, John specializes in the economics surrounding controversial products including tobacco and beverage alcohol. He has conducted hundreds of studies on the effects of excise taxes and regulations. In addition, he is a regular commentator on U.S. economic conditions on a variety of financial media outlets, including Bloomberg and Webfn. Prior to starting his own firm, John was the senior U.S. economist with Philip Morris. In that capacity, John produced research and information on key issues facing all of its lines of business, including tobacco, beer and food products. Prior to Philip Morris, John was a senior economist for various state and local government agencies, including the New York City Mayor’s Office, the New York City Comptroller’s Office, and the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey where in 1995 he conducted an economic impact analysis of the World Trade Center. John received his M.A. in economics from the New School for Social Research and his MBA from Columbia University. He is a member of the American Economics Association and the National Association of Business Economists. His research has been published is a number of academic journals, including Economic Inquiry.
George D. Fagan
George is a founding partner of Leake & Andersson, L.L.P. of New Orleans, Louisiana, where he is the lead partner for employment practices and business litigation. Dallas D. Jones
Dallas serves as a managing partner and the chair of the workers’ compensation practice group in the Nebraska ALFA International member law firm of Baylor, Evnen, Curtiss, Grimit and Witt, LLP. He is also the chair of the ALFA Workers’ Compensation Practice Group. He received his B.S. degree in geology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and his J.D. from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln School of Law. The focus of his practice is the defense of workers' compensation and disability discrimination claims. He is a frequent invited speaker before professional and business organizations regarding workers' compensation matters, the application of the Medicare Secondary Payer Act to workers’ compensation matters, and the Americans with Disabilities Act.
