- DMO appointments will be all day on Monday, January 29, 2007.
On-Site Caucus Information
- On-site caucuses will be held Tuesday, January 30, 2007 at 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM.
- The Marketplace Operators will be sponsoring a Continental Breakfast for Sellers on Tuesday morning from 7:30 AM - 9:00 AM. There will be a food and beverage area near your caucus location.
- If you do NOT want to hold an on-site caucus, let us know and we will not hold space for your state/province.
- If you have a special request, let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
- Caucus room assignments will be sent to you via email in January and posted on the website.
ABA Leads the Way - Distribute Your Business Leads 3 Ways : With the new timing of your appointments and the on-site caucuses we have developed several options for your lead distribution so you won't have to miss out on the Monday evening event!
- Pre-Marketplace
- Contact ABA and request an electronic listing of all the delegates from your state/province. The list will include name, company name, mailing address, fax, phone, email address and delegate type. You may use this list to send your appointment schedule prior to coming to Marketplace. This will enable your state/provincial delegates to print it out and compare it with his/her schedule. They will also be able to then make notes based on your discussion at the on-site caucus on this schedule without you having to make a ton of copies.

- Resource Central - Your Office Space at Marketplace
- Free Caucus Lead Copies
- Drop off leads by 6:00 PM on Monday. They will be read for pick-up by 7:30 AM on Tuesday. (The volunteers at Resource Central will make copies of your leads for your state/provincial caucus free of charge. DMOs will be allowed to submit a copy of his/her appointment schedule only with notes for this free service. DMOs must provide a hard copy of the appointment schedule with no attachments such as business cards, etc.)
- Self-serve copiers from 7:00 AM - 8:00 AM on Tuesday.
- Caucus Lead Distribution: The Resource Central will help to distribute your leads through Marketplace. You may choose to drop off your leads at the Resource Central front desk. Your leads will be held there confidentially and given to any delegate from your state/province who requests them.
- Free Caucus Lead Copies
- E-mail/Message Center: Use the computers to access the Message Center and send your leads electronically to your state/provincial delegates.
- Office Depot: Make your copies on-site at the Office Depot. Self-service and fill-service options are available for a fee.

- Send your leads to the final listing of attending delegates from your state/province. All delegates will have access to an electronic version of the Directory of Participants upon the completion of Marketplace. This will allow the delegates to follow-up with the operators with all of the materials that were requested at one time in a less stressful and more strategic way.
