Name Changes: If you need to change the name of your company's delegate for Marketplace, please bring the name change request on letterhead to Marketplace. All name changes will be done on-site.

Any additional dietary requests should now be made on-site.

Name Additions: If you need to add additional delegates or register for Marketplace, including day passes, please register on-site.

You may purchase tickets for the ABA Foundation Afterglow at Marketplace.

Cancellations: If your company needs to cancel delegate(s) please fax a cancellation to 202-842-0850 or e-mail us at meetingsdept@buses.org. Once your cancellation has been processed you will not have access to your Passport and appointment list. Your appointments will be notified by ABA. You need to cancel your own housing arrangements.

Marketplace Airport Transportation:

Arrivals:Complimentary airport transportation will be provided to the Gaylord Opryland Hotel and the Radisson Hotel at Opryland from the Nashville International Airport starting on Tuesday, Jan. 31. If you arrive Feb. 2 - 4 from 9 am – 6 pm you will be greeted by friendly volunteers and directed to the baggage claim level loading area. If you arrive any other day or time, please proceed to the airport’s lower level to the Gaylord Opryland welcome desk located at the bottom of the escalators and identify yourself as an ABA delegate. You will receive your complimentary transfer at that time.

Departures:Delegates may depart from the Radisson Hotel or the Gaylord Opryland Hotel for the airport at any time during Marketplace week at no charge. Simply identify yourself to the transportation staff in the departure lobby as a Marketplace delegate. Gaylord Opryland Hotel delegates can depart from either the Cascades Lobby or the Magnolia Lobby. Radisson Hotel guests depart from the main entrance. Reservations are not necessary.

The Nashville CVB has graciously provided the Sky Caps with a gratuity at the Nashville International Airport, so no tipping is necessary from our delegates.

Manual Scheduling: Manual scheduling, including requests for additional appointments and requests for cancellations, will open again at the start of Marketplace on Friday, February 3, 2006.
