Motorcoach and tour operators attend Marketplace to obtain information on destinations, attractions, lodgings and restaurants as possible stops for charters and tours.
Buyers can attend as either an appointment-taker or a rotation delegate.
Rotation delegates are additional members of operator companies attending Marketplace, but not with scheduled appointments. Bringing a rotation delegate means you will both have the opportunity to attend the Marketplace education seminars. Rotation delegates have all the same privileges as appointment-taking delegates.
Travel industry members (Sellers) promote their area as motorcoach charter and tour destinations to operators.
Sellers can attend as either an appointment-taking delegate or an observer.
An observer does not have prescheduled appointments however is allowed access to the Marketplace Business Floor on their session day and may participate fully in all the networking events and education sessions.
Associates are suppliers of products and services to the Motorcoach Industry and attend Marketplace to network with Operators and Travel Industry members or to take appointments with Buyers.
Associates can attend as either an appointment-taking Seller or a non appointment-taking representative.
Associates who attend as a Seller will be included in 2 out of 3 sessions.
