Airport Transportation

Complimentary transportation will be provided between the Nashville International Airport and the host hotels by Gaylord Opryland Nashville Resort.

Arrivals:Complimentary airport transportation will be provided to the Gaylord Opryland Hotel and the Radisson Hotel at Opryland from the Nashville International Airport starting on Tuesday, Jan. 31. If you arrive Feb. 2 - 4 from 9 am – 6 pm you will be greeted by friendly volunteers and directed to the baggage claim level loading area. If you arrive any other day or time, please proceed to the airport’s lower level to the Gaylord Opryland welcome desk located at the bottom of the escalators and identify yourself as an ABA delegate. You will receive your complimentary transfer at that time.

Departures:Delegates may depart from the Radisson Hotel or the Gaylord Opryland Hotel for the airport at any time during Marketplace week at no charge. Simply identify yourself to the transportation staff in the departure lobby as a Marketplace delegate. Gaylord Opryland Hotel delegates can depart from either the Cascades Lobby or the Magnolia Lobby. Radisson Hotel guests depart from the main entrance. Reservations are not necessary.

The Nashville CVB has graciously provided the Sky Caps with a gratuity at the Nashville International Airport, so no tipping is necessary from our delegates.

Shuttle Service

Complimentary shuttle service will be provided from the Radisson to the Opryland Convention Center.
