| July 15, 2005 | Registration materials mail to all ABA members. Travel Industry Sellers are registered on a first-come, first-served basis. |
| July 18, 2005 | Registration Materials materials available on-line. |
| Oct. 1, 2005 | Deadline for Operator Early Bird Registration. Operator regular registration begins - $350 per delegate. |
| Oct. 24, 2005 | Appointment Request materials become available. Deadline to cancel and receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given after this time. |
| Jan. 9, 2006 | Deadline to submit appointment requests. |
| Jan. 12, 2006 | ABA to conduct final run of appointment schedules. |
| Jan. 13, 2006 | Appointments will be e-mailed to delegates. |
