| June 25, 2004 | Registration materials mail to all ABA members. Travel Industry Sellers are registered on a first-come, first-served basis. |
| June 30, 2004 | Registration Materials materials available on-line. |
| Oct. 4, 2004 | Deadline for Operator Early Bird Registration. Operator regular registration begins - $350 per delegate. |
| Nov. 1, 2004 | Appointment Request materials become available. Deadline to cancel and receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given after this time. |
| Jan. 7, 2005 | Deadline to submit appointment requests. |
| Jan. 10, 2005 | ABA to conduct final run of appointment schedules. |
| Jan. 12, 2005 | Final mailing to all attendees. Appointments will be e-mailed to delegates. |
