For more opportunities for quality appointments, you now have the ability to manage your schedule by requesting additional appointments through our Manual Scheduling system. Click on the Appointment Schedule Passport Stamp to view your schedule and access this system.

Schedule Management Tab

Viewing & Printing Appointments

  • This provides you with a summary of your current appointment schedule.
  • Change the 'Day' drop down box to view additional appointments.
  • For Buyers, change the 'Session' drop down box to view additional sessions.
  • The number on the left hand side represents the Appointment number.
  • Next are the start & end times for the appointment.
  • Last is the current status of that appointment. OPEN means the apppointment slot does not have an appointment currently scheduled. If an appointment is currently scheduled, the delegates name, company name, Buyer booth number and type of request are displayed.
  • To Print, select the 'Print Appt Schedule' button on in lower left corner. You can select one or more the displayed printable documents.
  • Requests Made but Not Scheduled

    This list contains companies who requested you, but were not scheduled. The number in the left-hand column indicates their priority for that request. These requests were not scheduled for one or more of the following reasons:

    • You did not request that company, so you were not scheduled a mutual appointment;
    • They did not list you as a high priority, so their Buyer request was not scheduled;
    • Your appointment code was not high enough to schedule this request;
    • There was not a mutual time slot open;
    • Either the company has cancelled or one of their delegates has cancelled

    Requests Received but Not Scheduled

    This list contains companies who requested you but were not scheduled. The number in the left hand column indicates their priority for that request. These requests were not scheduled for one or more of the following reasons:

    • You did not request that company, so you were not scheduled a mutual appointment;
    • They did not list you as a high priority so their buyer request was not scheduled;
    • Your appointment code was not high enough to schedule this request;
    • There was not a mutual time slot open;
    • Either the company has cancelled or one of their delegates has cancelled.

    This is a basic list of your current appointments.

    Schedule Detailed

    This is a list of your current appointments with space to add notes.

Manual Scheduling

Follow the instructions on the right hand column when viewing your schedule to request manual appointments.

You will receive notification in your Message Center inbox when you have received a request or have been accepted or declined for an appointment you requested. To ensure quality appointments, review your Message Center inbox regularly.

To accept or decline requests, click on the Pending Requests button in the Schedule Management Tab. For help, click on the Help button.
