Operator Buyer appointment-taking delegates are seated for the entire week and have appointments in each session on Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.

There are 182 appointments available in a Buyer appointment schedule.

Travel industry Seller delegates do not have booths, but walk the floor and move from Buyer to Buyer for their appointments. There are 52 appointment slots available in the Seller appointment schedule. The Seller session is based on the company's membership type.

  • Destination Marketing Organization Sellers meet Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning with Operator Buyers.
  • Lodging Organization Sellers meet Monday morning and Tuesday morning with Operator Buyers.
  • Attraction, Food Service, and Local Receptive Sellers meet in two out of three sessions on Monday afternoon, Wednesday morning and Wednesday afternoon with Operator Buyers.

Seller registration forms must be returned as soon as possible for organizations to be eligible for appointments. Registration forms are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
